VISION/AIMS/OBJECTIVES : On March 19, 2003, a poet and a visual artist teamed to

counter the "good war" propaganda and actions of the US administration  with the idea that peace imagery should spread as a counter. June 1, 2003, saw the first exhibit of 43

works: poems, visual art, combinations, and mixed media all presented in limited sizes. The show usually in part has been on continuous exhibit since then, often in multiple simultaneous venues in sites ranging from libraries, coffee houses, pizza restaurtants, senior centers, art galleries and peace conferences. Contributors now number nearly 600 from 56 Wisconsin communities, 64 cities from 31 other states, and 40 non-US cities in 25 countries and we constantly welcome more.
